Srinagar, Sep 12 (KINS): Irfan Manhas, the son of Zaffar Manhas, who was a candidate in the recent parliamentary elections from South Kashmir, is set to formally join the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) later today. The induction will take place at 1 PM today at the BJP Party Headquarters, J-53 Jawahar Nagar, Srinagar.
The ceremony will be attended by BJP General Secretary (Organisation) Ashok Koul.
A BJP leader confirmed the event, emphasizing that Irfan Manhas’ entry into the party will strengthen BJP’s outreach Kashmir.(KINS)
