Srinagar, Sep 23: Government of Jammu and Kashmir has constituted three-member search committee for making suitable recommendations for appointment of MD & CEO of J&K Bank.
The search committee will be headed by Additional Chief Secretary, Jal Shakti Department.
“Sanction is hereby accorded to the constitution of a Search Committee, comprising the following officers, for making suitable recommendations for appointment of MD & CEO of J&K Bank: Additional Chief Secretary, Jal Shakti Department as Chairman, Principal Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, and Commissioner/Secretary to Government, General Administration Department as its members”, the order reads.
The Committee shall propose four (4) names for further selection of two (2) names by the competent authority to be recommended to the RBI for the position of MD & CEO J&K Bank.
The Committee shall be serviced by the Finance Department.
