Jammu , Sept 25 : While hitting back at BJP, PDP President and former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has said that today the Prime Minister and Home Minister come here and talk big about nepotism, but this is the same BJP whose leader Ram Madhav kept knocking on their door for three months to form the government here.
Mehbooba said that for the first two months Ram Madhav kept making rounds to her father late Mufti Mohammad Sayeed to form the government. After that for three months Ram Madhav kept coming to him and kept pleading to form the government. At that time Ram Madhav used to say that he accepted all the conditions of PDP. Then PDP formed the government with BJP with its own conditions.
Mehbooba said that this time also no one will be able to form government without the support of PDP. Addressing an election rally in favour of party candidate Virendra Singh Sonu from Bahu assembly constituency on Tuesday evening, Mehbooba said that today BJP leaders say here that they will make the Chief Minister of Jammu, so vote for them. Mehbooba raised the question that their government is running here for the last five years. What have they done for Jammu till date?
