Three, Including Infant, Killed as Car Plunges into Gorge in Reasi District

Jammu , Nov 2 : Three people, including a 10-month-old baby, lost their lives when their car skidded off a hilly road and plunged into a deep gorge in the Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir. Officials confirmed that the accident took place at Chamalu Morh near Chassana, with all victims believed to be from the same family.

The private vehicle was en route from Reasi to Chassana when the driver reportedly lost control, resulting in the fatal crash. Local volunteers who rushed to the scene found three occupants dead on the spot.

The accident left three others critically injured, who were immediately transported to a nearby hospital for urgent medical attention, officials said. The incident serves as a stark reminder of the dangers posed by the hilly roads in the region.
