RPO Srinagar issues over 100 official passports in a single day for Haj 2027 duty

Srinagar, Sep 27 (KINS): The Regional Passport Office (RPO) Srinagar facilitated the issuance of more than 100 official passports in a single day for government officials selected for deputation to Saudi Arabia for Haj 2027 duties.
According to an official post shared by RPO Srinagar on X, the deputation includes doctors, paramedical staff, police personnel, paramilitary force personnel and other government officials who will perform various duties in connection with the Haj pilgrimage.
The special facilitation was undertaken to ensure timely completion of passport-related formalities for the officials ahead of their deployment to Saudi Arabia.
The RPO said the issuance of more than 100 official passports in a single day reflects coordinated efforts to facilitate government personnel assigned to the overseas Haj duty and help them complete the required documentation within the stipulated timeline.
