Climbing tables, tearing papers totally undemocratic, unparliamentary: Minister Sakina Itoo

Ishtiyaq Kar

Srinagar, Nov 08 (KINS): National Conference Senior Leader and Education Minister Sakina Itoo Friday said hooliganism by the BJP MLAs is nothing but an attempt to disrupt Assembly proceedings and all such attempts that include climbing tables and tearing apart papers is unparliamentary.
Talking to news agency KINS exclusively, Itoo said that NC legislators who were elected after facing tough battles want resolution of the issues related to the people. “But unfortunately, BJP has decided not to allow the House proceedings. Tearing apart papers and climbing tables is totally undemocratic and unparliamentary,” she said.
She said NC is committed to fulfil the aspirations of people who have elected the members of this party with a huge majority—(KINS)
