Cold, dry weather to continue in J&K during next 10 days: MeT

Srinagar, Dec 11 (KINS): The Meteorological Centre Srinagar Wednesday said that cold and dry weather conditions will continue over many stations in Jammu & Kashmir during the next ten days.
The weather department in its fresh forecast stated that there will be generally cloudy with light snow over isolated higher reaches during evening and night hours of December 11.
It said the weather will likely remain dry from December 12-20.
Overall nothing significant weather activity till December 20, it said.
While issuing advisory, the department said that in view of sub-freezing temperature and icy conditions over roads of important passes and higher reaches, the tourists, travelers and transporters are advised to follow advisories from administration and traffic department.(KINS)
