BJP Core Group Holds Monthly Meeting in Jammu

Jammu, Jan 6 (KINS): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Jammu and Kashmir held its monthly Core Group meeting at the party headquarters in Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, under the leadership of party President Sat Sharma
The meeting was mainly addressed by Tarun Chugh, National General Secretary of BJP and Prabhari for J&K, who spoke about the party’s organizational activities and key socio-political issues in Jammu and Kashmir.
Prominent leaders present included Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh, National Secretary Dr. Narinder Singh, Leader of Opposition Sunil Sharma, MP Sh. Jugal Kishore Sharma, General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul, former President Ravinder Raina, former Deputy CM Kavinder Gupta, and other party leaders.
Tarun Chugh praised the efforts of the Modi-led government for its rapid development initiatives in Jammu and Kashmir, which he said are driving growth and prosperity in the region. He also emphasized the need to speed up the ongoing organizational elections, including the election of Mandal and District Presidents, after the successful completion of the membership drive.
Sat Sharma highlighted the development of the railway network up to Baramulla, which he believes will improve business opportunities and boost local industries, create jobs, and contribute to the socio-economic development of the region.
In his address, Sat Sharma also explained the ongoing election process under the ‘Sangathan Parv’ (Organization Festival) and said the party aims to select dedicated activists for leadership roles at the Mandal and District levels to strengthen the party and serve the public.(KINS)
