J&K Govt bars recognition of unauthorized higher qualifications for School Education Employees
Jammu, April 3 (KINS): The Jammu and Kashmir Government has issued a directive prohibiting the recognition of higher qualifications obtained by employees of the School Education Department without prior authorization.
As per the government order, degrees earned through regular mode without sanctioned study leave will not be considered for seniority or promotion. Employees who pursued such qualifications during service without proper approval may face penalties, including withheld increments and possible disciplinary action.
