Srinagar, Nov 05 (KINS): J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Tariq Hameed Karra, along with Working President Raman Bhalla, Chief Spokesperson Ravinder Sharma, former Minister Yogesh Sawhney, former Legislators Ved Mahajan, Th. Balbir Singh, Adv. Teja Singh, and other Congress leaders, joined the Gurpurb celebrations of Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj at Gurudwara Chand Kour, Jammu.

In his address, Tariq Hameed Karra described the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji as a message of humanity, love, affection, and peaceful coexistence. He said that Guru Nanak Dev Ji stood firmly against hatred and discrimination on the basis of race, caste, religion, or region.

“All conflicts in the world can be resolved by following the divine teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji,” Karra said. He further added that, inspired by the same philosophy, Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi has been carrying forward a movement against hatred and for unity and compassion through his message of ‘Mohabbat Ki Dukan’, spreading love in an atmosphere of division.(KINS)
