College allocation issue of SMVD MBBS students resolved: CM Omar Abdullah

Srinagar, Jan 22 (KINS): Chief Minister Omar Abdullah Thursday said that the college allocation issue of selected MBBS candidates of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi (SMVD) Medical College has been resolved.

The Chief Minister as per news agency Kashmir Indpeth News Service (KINS) said that the government has taken necessary steps to address the concerns of the affected students.

He informed that the Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) has now issued the counselling schedule, clearing the way for students to proceed with their medical education.

“The Government has resolved the college allocation issue for selected MBBS candidates of SMVD College. With BOPEE now issuing the counselling schedule, students can move ahead with their studies,” Omar Abdullah said.KINS)
