Bandipora, Oct 28 (KINS): Newly joined SSP Bandipora, Tahir Saleem (JKPS), on Wednesday held an interaction meeting with media representatives at District Police Lines (DPL), Bandipora.
The meeting focused on strengthening coordination between the police and the media and discussing issues related to law and order, public safety, crime prevention and public concerns.
During the interaction, media representatives raised various issues concerning the district and stressed the need for regular communication with the police administration.
SSP Tahir Saleem highlighted the importance of cooperation between the police and media, responsible journalism and sharing verified information with the public.
The meeting provided an opportunity for an open discussion and aimed at building better professional relations between the police and the media fraternity in Bandipora.(KINS)
