26 detained after National Emblem vandalised at Hazratbal shrine

Srinagar, Sep 07 (KINS): Jammu and Kashmir Police on Saturday detained 26 people in connection with the vandalism of the national emblem at the Hazratbal shrine.

According to sources, CCTV footage from the site clearly captured the individuals involved in the act of defacement. Following a review of the footage and corroborating evidence, police detained the suspects for further questioning.
