Sunil Sharma confident of Devyani Rana’s victory in Nagrota, calls her ‘the right candidate to carry forward late Devender Singh Rana’s legacy’

Jammu, Oct 18 (KINS): Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Sunil Sharma has expressed confidence in Devyani Rana’s victory in the upcoming Nagrota Assembly by-polls, calling her the “right candidate” to represent the people and carry forward the legacy of late Devender Singh Rana.

Devyani Rana is the daughter of former legislator, the late Devender Singh Rana, and niece of Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh.

Speaking ahead of nomination filing for the by-elections on Nagroata seat in Jammu, Sharma as per news agency Kashmir Indepth News Service (KINS) said Devyani Rana’s entry into the BJP marks the continuation of late Devender Singh Rana’s vision and his commitment to public service, aligned with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mission of Viksit Bharat.

“Devyani Rana Ji is the right candidate for Nagrota. The people of Nagrota — mothers, sisters, and youth — will stand firmly with her, blessing her with their support and ensuring a resounding victory,” Sharma said.

He added that Devyani Rana has the full support and blessings of the BJP leadership. “With this faith and enthusiasm, we are filing her nomination today, and by the end of the day, the signal of victory will be clear to all,” he remarked.(KINS)
