Weather Update: J&K likely to see rain, snow in higher reaches from October 6

Srinagar, Oct 02 (KINS): The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has forecast generally dry weather across Jammu and Kashmir from October 2 to 5.
According to the forecast, partly to generally cloudy weather with light rain, light snowfall over higher reaches, thunderstorms and gusty winds is expected at a few places from October 6 to 8.
From October 9 to 10, generally cloudy conditions with light to moderate rain, light snowfall over higher reaches, thunderstorms and gusty winds are likely at scattered to many places.
The weather is expected to remain partly cloudy from October 11 to 14.
The Meteorological Centre has advised farmers to continue harvesting apple and paddy crops along with other agricultural operations.(KINS)
