Srinagar: Weatherman on Thursday predicted a fresh spell of widespread precipitation, rain and snowfall, in Valley for coming week.
“There is every possibility of scattered to fairly widespread rain,snowfall in Valley from November 12 to 14. Advisory for 3 days from November 12 to 14 has already been sent to the administration,” Meteorological department official said.
