VC LAWADA visits Rakhi-Arth, meets locals

SRINAGAR, MAY 18 : Vice Chairman (VC), LAWDA, along with a team of officers, today, visited Rakh-i-arth Housing Colony Bemina and took stock of the developmental works coming up there. The people of the colony met with the VC and briefed about various problems they are facing there. The VC issued on the spot instruction to the officers for timely redressal of the problems of the people.

On the occasion, a structure constructed by the outsider for commercial purpose was also demolished The V.C appealed people not to indulge in any illegal such activities otherwise action under law will be initiated against the violators.

Meanwhile, the V.C took up the construction of Middle /Primary Schools in the colony with Director School Education and assured that land for the purpose will be transferred to Education Department to facilitate early construction of school buildings there.

Superintending Engineer and other senior officers of the Authority were accompanied the VC.
