Revenue team seizes huge quantity of Fukki in Shopian

Shopian, June 15 : Revenue team on Monday claimed to have recovered huge quantity of Fukki from a residential house in South Kashmir’s Shopian district.

An official told news agency KINS, on special information a revenue team headed by Tehsildar Zainapora raided the residential house of one person namely Mohammad Abdullah Koka son of Abdul Ahad Koka of Melhura Shopian and seized a huge quantity of Fukki from the house.

Meanwhile Tehsildar Zainapora Fida Hussain also confirmed this development to news agency KINS and said acting on a tip-off a raid was conducted, he said during raid 35 kg of Fukki was recovered from a house. He said in this regard a case FIR No 63 under section 8/15 NDPS act 1985 stands has been registered and further investigation has been initiated.
