SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 24: The Chief Secretary, B V R Subrahmanyam, today extended greetings to the people on the occasion of Dussehra.
In his message on the eve of Dussehra, the Chief Secretary said that this festival is a celebration of victory of good over evil, truth over untruth and inspires us to adopt the principles of honesty, truthfulness, and righteousness in our lives.
The Chief Secretary hoped that the festival further strengthens the bond of brotherhood, and urged people to abide by the COVID appropriate behaviour during the festivities.
