Srinagar Dec, 10:Peoples Democratic Party Monday elected Muzafar Hussein Beigh as party’s patron.
The decision in this regard was taken at a party meeting under the chairmanship of Mehbooba Mufti. Beigh was also present in the meeting.
PDP chief spokesperson Rafi Ahmad Mir confirmed that Beigh has been elected PDP’s patron.
Recently he had said that he was mulling to join the People’s Conference.
