Baramulla, Jan 28 : A police head constable shot himself dead with his service rifle in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Monday.
Official reports told Kashmir Indepth News a head constable Mohammad Shafi Mir (46) son of Mohammad Ismail Mir resident of Sadoora Kulgam who was posted at District Police Line (DPL) Budgam shot himself dead with his service rifle on this morning.
Meanwhile a police officer also confirmed this incident to Kashmir Indepth News and said that inquest proceedings have been initiated in connection with the incident.
