Pulwama, Feb 09 : Forces on Saturday evening launched a cordon-and-search operation at Naira Tahab area of Pulwama in South Kashmir.
Reports reaching Kashmir Indepth News said that a joint team of 55 RR, SOG and CRPF lauched a cordon and search operation Naira Tahab area of Pulwama late this evening.
Local reports said, forces have installed the lights in the area and conducted door to door search operation.
A police officer also confirmed the cordon and search operation to this reporter and said that the cordon was launched following inputs about the movement of some suspected militants.
