Four Border Security Force (BSF) soldiers were killed in an encounter with Naxals in Chhattisgarh on Thursday.
Two other personnel were injured in the encounter, which took place in Kanker district, police said.
Earlier it was reported one BSF soldier had been killed while two others were injured.
