Pulwama Encounter: One militant killed, two armymen and a civilian injured, operation on

 

Srinagar, May 16: One militant has been killed and two armymen and civilian injured in ongoing operation in Dalipora area of Pulwama in South Kashmir on Thursday.

A senior police officer told that probably one militant is killed in ongoing operation however his body has not been retrieved yet and searches are underway, the officer said.

The civilian who was injured during encounter has been identified as Younis Ahmad Dar son of Jalal Din resident of Dalipora who received bullet wound in his thigh and subsequently was referred to D H Pulwama where his condition is said to be stable.

Meanwhile Internet has been also snapped in Pulwama for precautionary measures. More details will come soon.(GNS)
