14 coronavirus patients admitted to SKIMS, 4 tested positive on Tuesday: MS

SRINAGAR, March 31 (KINS): At least four people were tested positive at SKIMS Soura on Tuesday taking the number of coronavirus patients admitted to hospital 14.

“We took samples of 58 people since yesterday. Among them four people were tested positive today. Now we have 14 coronavirus patients admitted to SKIMS,” Medical Superintendent SKIMS Soura Dr Farooq Ahmad Jan told Kashmir Indepth News Service (KINS).

Further he said two samples received from GMC Anantnag and Jammu were also tested positive. “So far, SKIMS received 16 positive reports,” he said.

He said there are also people in isolation wards and also being quarantined.

“At least 10 patients were admitted on Tuesday who are in isolation wards,” he added.(KINS)
