13 Covid-19 patients discharged from CD Hospital


Srinagar, Apr 14, : A day Head of Department Chest Disease Hospital Srinagar, Dr Naveed Shah said that Srinagar will soon move into the stage of discharging recovered Covid-19 patients, at least 13 Covid-19 patients were discharged from the hospital on Tuesday.


Divulging information about it, leading Pulmonologist Dr Naveed said that 13 Covid-19 patients were discharged and asked to go for home quarantine. He termed the moment satisfactory.


Dr Naveed thanked all his colleagues, microbiologists and supporting staff.


“A satisfactory moment, relieved 13 Covid-19 patients for home quarantine, not lower our guard, stay home, stay safe, maintain social distance and obey advisories. Together, we  can overcome all challenges,” he tweeted.


Pertinently, yesterday, Dr Naveed said that Srinagar will soon move into the stage of discharging recovered COVID-19 patients and it was important to understand that these persons are now as normal as others.


He said while it is understandable that people are scared of this disease and one must take all precautions as required it is important to understand that those who had it and have now recovered are just as free from it as others who don’t have it. (KNT)
