14 more test positive J-K tally rises to 789

Srinagar, May 07 : 14 new positive cases of novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), from Kashmir division, have been reported today thus taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 789.

A health official told Kashmir Indepth, today 14 positive cases of COVID-19 reported sofar in Kashmir division. He said 8 reported from Chest Disease Hospital while 6 reported from SKIMS medical institute.

The total number of COVID-19 positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir now stands at 789.

Pertinently, Kashmir on Wednesday evening recorded nineth COVID-19 dead when 32 year old man from Alamgiri Bazar area of Srinagar died at SMHS Hospital.
