Kashmir Indepth News Services (KINS) an online news agency, started in 2018 was aimed to pursue best practices of journalism. Over the years, the KINS remained committed to the public interest. We believe good journalism can survive and thrive by being editorially and financially independent.
However, there is COVID-19 lockdown across the world and Kashmir has been under a clampdown since August 5. The KINS has been updated its readers about the latest happening across the world especially in Kashmir.
We are not dependent on the government for revenue. We would generate our revenue through online private advertisements and have dried up amid the economic crisis. We have now reached almost to zero income, which makes us very difficult to run the organization and pay salaries to the staff. To run the organization independently, we need support from our readers. We appeal our readers and concerned citizens to donate some money for the KINS so we could sustain a space for quality journalism.
