Three LeT militant associates held, 21 Kg Heroine siezed in Handwara

Srinagar, June 11(KINS) : Police on Thursday claimed to have busted a Pakistan sponsored narco terror module in Handwara and arrested three Lasher-e-Toiba militant associates in this regard.

Police in a press conference said three Lasher-e-Toiba militant associates were held and 21 kg heroine with having market value of 100 crore and one crore cash of Indian currency were recovered from their prossession.

Since two weeks inputs were recieved about this module and today this module was busted after lot of efforts SSP Handwara in a press conference said.

He said all arrested were in contact with Pakistan based terror groups and were helping their mission in Kashmir. He identified them as Iftiqar Andrabi,Momin Peer and Iqbal ul Islam and said more arrests are expecting in coming times.

SSP in a press conference said a special Investigation team has been constituted in this regard who are working on it.(KINS)
