26-year-old youth found dead in Anantnag, case registered

Srinagar, June 23(KINS) : A youth allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence in Mandipora village of Dooru in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Tuesday.

As per police sources, 26-year-old (name withheld) allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence on Tuesday afternoon.

A police officer confirmed to Kashmir Indepth News Service (KINS) said, On getting information about the incident today, a police team rushed to the spot and started an investigation into this incident. The officer said a case under 174 CrPc has been registered to ascertain the cause of this suicide. (KINS)
