PULWAMA: In a shocking incident, an 11-year-old boy hanged himself to death in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Sunday.
Police identified the deceased as Asrar Ahmad Bhat, son of Farooq Ahmed Bhat, resident of Dangerpora, Qusbayar, Pulwama.
Reports said that the boy was shifted to District Hospital Pulwama after committing the act, however, doctors at the hospital declared him brought dead.
“The body of deceased was handed over to his relatives for last rites,” police said, adding that a case was registered in this regard.
