Lt Governor hands-over certificates and sanction letters to beneficiaries under different departmental schemes

Srinagar Oct 02,(KINS): Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha today handed-over certificates and sanction letters to beneficiaries under different departmental schemes during the launch of Back to Village-3 programme from Shirmal, Shopian.

81 Baby Care kits, 57 School bags to girls, hearing-aids and wheel-chair to specially-abled persons were also distributed by the Lt Governor to the beneficiaries of 27 panchayat Halqas of District Shopian.

While speaking on the occasion, the Lt Governor assured every possible support and assistance for taking villages to new heights and development. He said that every effort would be made to develop Panchayati Raj Institutions on all indicators of development and prosperity.(KINS)
