Core Group of Kashmiri Pandit leaders of Apni Party holds meet in Jammu


Jammu, Dec 14 (KINS): Apni Party’s core group of Kashmiri Pandit leaders Monday organised a meeting here at the Gandhi Nagar office to deliberate about several issues being confronted by the displaced community.
The meeting of Core group of Kashmiri Pandits leaders of Apni Party was held at Party headquarters under the chairmanship of Shri Vijay Bakaya, General Secretary, Apni Party J&K to discuss and deliberate upon the various pertinent problems being faced by the displaced community in exile and organizing of mass Party’s outreach programmes in camps and non-camps with party’s policies and programmes.
While speaking on the occasion, Vinod Pandita, Sanjay Dhar and Makhan Lal Bhat highlighted the genuine problems like enhancement of relief assistance from Rs. 13000/_ to Rs. 25000/- a long pending demand, providing of one job per family on the pattern of Punjab State, supply of pure drinking water in migrant camps etc as well resolved to start party’s mass outreach programme in camps and non-camps in order to strengthen the party’s base among the displaced community.
Bakaya while speaking on the occasion assured the assembly that he would project the genuine problems of the community with the concerned till they are resolved.
He also asked core group members to start mass out-reach programmes in camps/non-camps with the party’s agenda so that people may come to know about policies and programmes of the party.
Abhay Bakaya, Dazy Dhar, Vishal Jotshi, Vaibhav Mattoo, Vinod Bhat and other leaders also spoke on the occasion. (KINS)
