BUPSA delegation calls on Advisor Bhatnagar


SRINAGAR, FEBRUARY 25- A delegation of Budget Unaided Private School Association (BUPSA) Jammu and Kashmir called on Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar here today.
Director School Education, Kashmir Mohammad Younis Malik and other senior officers of school education department were also present on the occasion.
The delegation raised several issues pertaining to the unaided private schools with the Advisor and demanded early resolution of the same.
The delegation demanded extension in period of affiliation and recognition of schools as an interim relief in view of COVID-19 pandemic. They also demanded implementation of March session in schools of Kashmir division besides early disposal of all the pending files.
Interacting with the visiting delegation, the Advisor assured them that all of their issues and demands will be looked into and will be resolved on priority.
Advisor Bhatnagar asked the members of the visiting delegation that in view of reopening of schools after COVID-19 pandemic, all necessary protocols should be followed strictly besides other health related guidelines shall be adhered to in all schools.
