SRINAGAR, Oct14 ( KINS): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, has greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Vijayadashmi, also celebrated as Dussehra.
In a message, the Lt Governor said that Vijayadashmi symbolises the victory of good over evil.
