Srinagar, Mar 30: Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of the Udhampur-Reasi (U/R) Range,
Rayees Mohammad Bhat spearheaded a comprehensive review meeting in preparation for the upcoming General Elections to the Legislative Assembly of Jammu and Kashmir in 2024 (GELS 2024).
The meeting, held in collaboration with Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Udhampur and other supervisory officers, aimed to assess the current state of preparedness and strategize for the smooth conduct of the electoral process.
During the meeting, DIG Bhat emphasized the importance of close coordination between law enforcement agencies and the civil administration to ensure the integrity and security of the electoral process.
