Hajj 2024: Inaugural flight carrying 320 pilgrims will depart from Srinagar Airport on May 9

Srinagar May 07: In 2024, the Hajj pilgrimage from Jammu and Kashmir will see 7,008 pilgrims heading to Mecca and Madina, with the first flight of 320 pilgrims scheduled to depart from Srinagar International Airport on May 9. Of these, approximately 6,800 pilgrims will depart from Srinagar, including those from Ladakh, while over 500 will depart from Delhi. Notably, 37 women pilgrims will be traveling without a Mahram, with the majority departing from Srinagar. Efforts have been made to ensure a seamless experience for pilgrims and their families, from boarding passes to customs clearance. KINS
