SRINAGAR, MAY 15:Dr. Syed Darakhshan Andrabi, Chairperson of the J&K Waqf Board, today attended the launch event for Tesla Power USA’s products and services as the Chief Guest. Held at Nigeen Club Srinagar, the event was a glittering affair attended by a host of business leaders and promoters from across Jammu and Kashmir. The event was organized by the Barooj Group of Companies.
Prominent figures such as Mushtaq Chaya, Chairman of the Hoteliers Club; Tariq Ghani, Chairman of the Associated Chamber of Commerce and Industries Kashmir; Rohit Karan, Executive Director of Tesla Power USA; and Pooja Sharma, National Business Head of Tesla Power, were the guests of honor. The launch featured a range of products, including electric vehicles, batteries, and solar power appliances and panels. Tesla Power USA provided a detailed video demonstration of their innovative technological products now available in Srinagar.
Bilal Parray briefed the gathering about the new facilities, products, and business schemes available in the valley. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Darakhshan Andrabi highlighted the significance of this new technological platform for the business sector in Kashmir. “In peaceful Kashmir, global platforms are eager to extend their business chains to this paradise on earth, and our brilliant minds are showcasing their innovative skills to join these new ventures. J&K has become the land of possibilities, with new initiatives in various sectors creating job opportunities for the youth,” Andrabi remarked.
She expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for bringing lasting peace to Kashmir and to Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha’s administration for fostering a business-friendly environment in J&K. Dr. Andrabi praised the Barooj Group of Companies for their new venture and commended local business leaders for their support. “I am pleased to see the business community extending their support and encouragement to this new initiative. We need to strengthen this business-friendly environment in J&K for a brighter future,” she concluded.
