Fine imposed on Hotel Mountview Pahalgam for operating without valid registration certificate

Srinagar May 17: The Directorate of Tourism Kashmir has imposed a fine of Rs 2.1 lakhs on Hotel Mountview at Pahalgam in district Anantnag for operating without a valid registration certificate.
The hotel, registered under the name of Javid Bashir Burza, has been running its operations illegally, violating the provisions of the Jammu and Kashmir Registration of Tourist Trade Act.
