Jio Fibre customers in Kashmir decry poor services, long delays in complaint redressal
Srinagar, April 09: Customers of Jio Fibre have expressed deep dissatisfaction over what they term as poor services and delayed response from the telecom giant.
Mudassir Ahmad, a Jio Fibre user, told news agency KINS that he has been facing internet issues for nearly a week now, but the company has failed to address his complaint.
“My Jio Fibre connection has not been working. I raised a service request six days ago, but there has been no response so far. My work is getting badly affected,” he said.
Mudassir said he also reached out to the company’s support team on social media platform X, but received only “assurances” instead of any concrete action.
“I contacted their social media team on X. They have been assuring me for the last two days, but the issue remains unresolved,” he added.
KINS has received similar complaints from several other Jio Fibre users who claim that the company has failed to maintain service quality and is slow to respond to grievances.
Customers have urged the concerned authorities to take note of the issue and direct the service provider to improve its response time and ensure uninterrupted internet service.
