In the Jammu region, educational institutions have also been closed in the districts of Jammu, Samba, Kathua, Rajouri, and Poonch following directions from the respective divisional authorities.

Meanwhile, Kashmir University has postponed all examinations scheduled for the day. In a statement, the university said a revised schedule for the postponed exams will be announced separately.
