Iran claims Trump ‘begged’ for ceasefire following attack ko

Iran’s state-run news channel IRINN announced the ceasefire by saying that it had been “imposed” on Israel after what it described as a “successful” Iranian strike on a US base in Qatar, as cited by the BBC.

A statement read aloud on-air claimed that US President Donald Trump “begged” for the ceasefire in the aftermath of the Iranian attack. The broadcast also praised the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), the Iranian Army, and the “resistance” of the Iranian people.
