JKPCC Appoints Senior Leaders, Legislators as District Coordinators Across Kashmir Karra Directs Regular Visits, Strengthened Outreach at Block Level

Srinagar, July 6 (KINS):Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Tariq Hameed Karra on Sunday assigned district-wise responsibilities to senior party leaders and legislators as coordinators across Kashmir, with immediate effect.

According to Karra, each coordinator will be required to visit their assigned district at least once every 10 days to oversee party affairs and conduct public outreach programmes down to the block level. The coordinators will subsequently submit detailed reports to the JKPCC President on the status of organizational activities and grassroots engagement in their respective areas.

The district-wise assignments are as follows: Bandipora – Haji Abdul Rashid Dar

Srinagar – MLA Nizam Uddin Bhat

Kupwara – MLA Adv. Irfan Hafeez Lone

Anantnag – Bashir Ahmad Magray

Kulgam – Surinder Singh Channi

Pulwama – Abdul Rashim Rather

Baramulla – Nissar Ahmad Mundoo

Shopian – Mohd Amin Bhat

Budgam – Abdul Gani Khan

Ganderbal – Suhail Bukhari

JKPCC President Karra emphasized that the coordinators have been entrusted with the crucial responsibility of energizing party activities at the grassroots level. He urged them to involve all local leaders and functionaries to ensure effective organizational functioning and outreach across the districts.

“This initiative is aimed at strengthening the party’s connect with the people and preparing the organizational structure for upcoming political challenges,” Karra added.(KINS)
