Srinagar, July 25 (KINS): Director General of Police (DGP) Nalin Prabhat, along with senior officers of the Jammu and Kashmir Police, interacted with 21 IPS Officer Trainees of the 78 RR at the Police Headquarters.
During the interaction, the trainees were briefed on the immense sacrifices made by the J&K Police in combating Pakistan-sponsored terrorism. Senior officers also highlighted the force’s operational strategies and ongoing efforts to eliminate the menace of proxy terrorism from the Union Territory.
The session aimed to provide the officer trainees with insights into the challenges of counter-terrorism operations and the crucial role played by the J&K Police in maintaining peace and security in the region.(KINS)
