Javed Rana says ‘Interference in Muslim religious affairs is unacceptable’

Srinagar, Oct 13 (KINS): Senior Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) leader and Minister Javed Ahmad Rana has strongly objected to what he described as interference in the religious affairs of Muslims, calling for the immediate withdrawal of the decision.
In his statement, Rana said that interference in the religious matters of Muslims was wholly unacceptable and must be opposed unequivocally.
“No authority should misuse its position to impose decisions that hurt religious sentiments,” he said.
Rana urged the concerned Chairperson to immediately withdraw the move, terming it unwarranted, and respect the religious rights of the Muslim community.(KINS)
