Srinagar, Oct 20 (KINS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday participated in Dussehra celebrations in Delhi, symbolically shooting an arrow at the effigy of Ravana before it was set ablaze.
In his Vijayadashami address, Modi invoked the ideals of Lord Ram, highlighting the victory of good over evil and calling for national unity, cultural pride and a collective commitment to building a developed India.
“May our thoughts be aligned, and may… all the institutions of the nation, all political parties, stand together for national interest. We must proceed with this very spirit and we must fight together against the enemies of the country,” the Prime Minister said. (KINS)
