Srinagar LS seat prepares for polls as campaigning draws to a close

Srinagar April 11 (KINS): The stage is set for the Srinagar Parliamentary constituency elections on May 13, with campaigning ending by 6 PM on Saturday.
With 17.4 lakh voters, the fate of 24 candidates will be decided. The constituency, comprising Srinagar, Ganderbal, Budgam, and Pulwama, expects a higher voter turnout this time. Formerly a stronghold of the National Conference, it anticipates a triangular contest, mainly between Aga Rahullah (National Conference), Waheed Parra (PDP), and Mohammad Ashraf Mir (Apni Party).(KINS)
