Cyber Cell DPO Jammu Recovers ₹80,000 in Online Fraud Case

Jammu, June 7, 2024: The Cyber Cell of the District Police Office (DPO) Jammu has successfully recovered ₹80,000 from an online fraud case.
The fraudster had posed as a police officer to deceive a complainant into transferring the money.
“Swift action by the Cyber Cell led to the recovery of the funds. Further investigation into the case is ongoing to apprehend the perpetrator and prevent such incidents in the future”.
