Azad to resume campaign for DPAP candidates in South Kmr & Chenab Valley from September 12

Srinagar, Sep 09 (KINS): Ghulam Nabi Azad, the Chairman of the Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP), has announced that he is ready to resume his Jammu and Kashmir Assembly election campaign after recovering from health issues.
Starting on September 12, the DPAP Chief will begin campaigning for DPAP candidates in South Kashmir and the Chenab Valley.
In a message to his supporters, Azad expressed gratitude for their prayers, saying, “Thanks to your blessings, I am feeling better now. I will be back on the campaign trail for our candidates starting September 12. Let’s work together to bring back peace and development in the region,” he said, as per news agency KINS.
Earlier, Azad had informed his party members and supporters that due to health problems, he wouldn’t be able to campaign in the upcoming Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections.
He had urged candidates to make decisions on their own about whether to continue campaigning without him.
Even he had given them the option to withdraw if they felt his absence would affect their chances.
One of the leaders of the DPAP said, “It is great that Azad Sahib is now feeling better and returning. There is hope that his leadership will boost DPAP’s chances, especially in key areas like South Kashmir and Chenab Valley, where the party is aiming for important victories,”.(KINS)
