ACB conducts searches in connection with selection process irregularities in Fire & Emergency Services Department

Srinagar, Jan 23 (KINS): The Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) conducted searches at six locations across the Union Territory in connection with Case FIR No. 01/2025, registered at Police Station ACB Central.
The case pertains to irregularities in the selection process for Fireman and Fireman Driver posts in the Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) Department.
ACB in a statement issued to news agency KINS said that the searches were carried out at the residences, office premises, and government quarters of the accused individuals after obtaining search warrants from the Court. During the operation, various electronic gadgets and incriminating documents were seized.Further investigation into the case is underway.(KINS)
